Problem Note 55846: SAS® Enterprise Case Management does not display HTML tags that are included in comments

When a comment includes HTML tags, SAS Enterprise Case Management should display the tags in the comment text when you view the comment. Instead, the software might incorrectly execute the tags.
For example, you should see the tags when you view a comment similar to the following:
<b>Hello</b> <em>World</em>
Instead, SAS Enterprise Case Management might execute the HTML tags and display the rendered text without the tags when you view the comment, as shown here:
Hello World
